As lead designer, I worked on all of their collateral, events, and campaigns. I created their brand guide, and I worked with the team that produced some of the most hilarious work of my career. When customer service calls go wrong, they can go VERY wrong. Our client Mattersight was looking for innovative and funny ways to get this across to their market. What better way than taking actual calls and anthropomorphizing bears, ostriches, and the like?!
